Complaint against MyCommerce
After ordering, paying for and downloading this software, I was unable to get it to carry out the recovery process as the software refused to recognise the file which was supposed to carry out this action. I created this file as instructed by the suppliers instruction and tried several times but with no success. I tried to make direct contact with the supplier, but the Website has not means of Telephone contact and the email contact details which are provided for “Refund” requests lead to a “Sales” only lead. When I eventually I managed to make contact with the correct department I requested a “full refund” on the cost of the Software (£43.19). This was refused and instead I was offered half the price of the Software and a saving on the cost of other Software/Hardware shown on there Web site. I refused this offer on the grounds that as the Software did not work at all, I believe that I should be entitled to a “Full Refund”. I can provide copies of the relevant emails as required.
