[RESOLVED] - Lost parcel and being offered 50% good will refund!

Complaint against myHermes

On 3rd March 2015 my Hermes Collected a Very parcel from my home address. There had been problems with this return via very and so I was informed a courier had been arranged for me. My Hermes collected this parcel in error and have since lost it. The courier was asked if they could take it before it was handed over. My Hermes have said I made the error and therefore will only offer me a 50% goodwill refund. The value of the good was £185 so they have offered £92.50! They also are not providing me with an address to make a complaint!
