Complaint against myHermes
I ordered 3 bags of wool but only 2 were delivered (both damaged & wrapped in My Hermes tape) the 3rd package I received with the My Hermes barcode of my parcel was in a different bag & contained garden products that someone else was returning to a company. In other words they must have damaged the parcels & then put the items in other bags but put the labels on wrong way round. They keep saying they are investigating but won't reply to the shippers claim & emails, I have also been contacting them but have now been told they won't answer to me anymore only the shipper but they aren't even doing that!! I can't get a refund till they refund the shipper. Now 2 weeks later we are still no further on, I am still out of pocket & getting nowhere!
