[LAPSED] Uninformed room downgrade at Tivoli Lagos

Complaint against Trivago

We arrived to find we had been downgraded into a disgusting ant infested room. We have photographs to show the state of this room.The hotel must have been aware of the infestation as repellent was apparent in the room, to the point of making us feel sick. We were not offered another room.
