Complaint against Wickes

After completion we should have had legal documents saying we had a new electric consumer unit fitted we didn't get it told we would get it emailed to us we didn't so I emailed the manager who did the job told sorry I will have to get in touch with the electrician it will be with you by the weekend it wasn't I now tryed customer services because I had now been told by another electrician you only have so many days to get your certificate it can cause big problems not to have it customer services spoke to the installation manager I was told he would give me a call I have heard nothing and still have no certificate I paid alot of money to get this job done I expected it to be done properly and legally
