This company has just taken money out of my account for a service I have already paid for as an annual subscription (MyCarlo). I have an email from the company specifically stating that I will not be charged anything for 12 months, and now 9 months later they have taken a DD payment and tell me they will continue to do so for a year! Customer service was a joke, loudly chewing on the other end of the phone and completely disinterested. Supervisors don't call back and you're not allowed to submit a complaint without agreeing not to post anything on social media - a clever way to silence your many disgruntled customers. Avoid like the plague!!
