Awful experience. Boiler broke down, called what thought was 24 hour helpline - see prominent info on website and leaflets - only to find that appliance line only open from 10.00am. Then engineer could not come out for 2 days and then, after paying £75, it is an all day slot so my wife had to wait in from morning, that was Friday. Engineer said part needed replacing, had to order part. After hearing nothing by Monday, rang company. Someone to call back but didn't. Rang today to be told that cost of repair - £194.22 was not given the go ahead as boiler was too old, I would need to pay amount, although they highlight no cost for parts and labour on website etc. Adviser said in was in T&C and not their fault if I didn't read them. Basically tough luck Mr Customer, thanks for your money. Cancelled contract.
