Complaint against 247 Home Rescue
After unsuccessfully trying to arrange a boiler service, which I have paid for, nothing ever happened. After weeks of trying to get through, I was given the contractor's details to try and sort it out myself. Still had no response from the contractor, so contacted them to ask for different contractor; I just keep getting transferred to different departments, no-one is interested in helping.I have lost over £300 to this company in policy fees and still not had my boiler serviced.
