Complaint against 247 Home Rescue
WATCH OUT FOR THE SMALL PRINT First warning sign was lack of flexibility for boiler service. Only had 1 day available - a Monday all day slot - not ideal for customers who work. Boiler broke down, was then advised of a £70 excess for each callout due to age of boiler - which wasn't mentioned when I took out cover even though they asked for boiler age. Was then told it's in the t&c's (which I cant access online). Ive been paying for this cover for over a year, I feel totally ripped off. Avoid using this company at all costs.
