How do I stop 247 HomeRescue taking money from my account?

Complaint against 247 Home Rescue

I had four boiler cover contracts with 247 HomeRescue, but last year cancelled them all because of appallingly bad service. The company then repeatedly attempted to re-instate the cancelled direct debits. One of these direct debits was cancelled on 26th October; they re-instated it and I re-cancelled it 3rd January. And today, almost THREE MONTHS after I cancelled it, 247 HomeRescue has suddenly re-activated this direct debit!!! I do not understand how they are able to do this and I do not know how to stop them. Surely this is fraud, or theft, or both? Should I go to the Small Claims Court? Or Trading Standards? Can someone at 247 HomeRescue tell me what to do to stop them trying to take my money?
