Complaint against 247 Home Rescue
on the 11 September I paid 24/7 60 pounds and took out a policy with then to check my boiler they where sending someone out to me on Friday the 15th sept to check my boiler they never turned up I phone 24/7 and they re arrange for the Thursday 21st sept after waiting in all day no body came out yet again so I phoned 24/7 and cancelled my policy asked for my money back twice I got tolded my money would be in thebank in 14 days less 8 pounds that they had taken for my first months money I still haven't got my money plus I think I should get all my money back has I have not had any service from 24/7 mrs e deighton
