Complaint against 247 Home Rescue

I have been told to put my complaint by firm to you My ref number is WS0265968 you have been taking 2 payments out a month 8thand15th @6.15 for the same agreement I would now like you to refund me the three months you have taken it £18 45 I have now cancelled one of the payments and am seriously thinking of cancelling the other one.I have been waiting over a week for a phone call from you to explain,nothing my name is Beryl Duke.
