Refused to repair my boiler

Complaint against 247 Home Rescue

I have a landlord cover service with them since March 2016. The tenant has no hot water since 11 July. We contacted them and this is their response. 1. They were not made aware within 24hours of the fault being found 2. They cannot diagnose the fault over the phone with the tenant. They have refused to carry out a repair or even visit the property.
