Complaint against 247 Home Rescue

Ordered a boiler service after service no hot water called 24/7 explained my wife was disabled 3days later engineer turned up to say sorry I forgot to turn pressure tap back on I had payed for service but when I asked for service because of no hot water 24/7 asked for another £75 in case it was us or the boiler but when asking for refund I was told this was my fault because I should have checked this I pointed out this is why I employed their engineer but they are refusing to give me a refund my wife and myself are old age pensioners
