Unauthorised payments & cover not as described

Complaint against 247 Home Rescue

I cancelled renewal 8 months ago. Today they randomly start taking money out my bank again, UNKNOWN or UNAUTHORISED by myself. Ring up, sit in a queue for half an hour, tell me to ring back in 2 days. They keep all your details, even when policy have finished, INCLUDING your bank details. Didn't renew as I paid for cover that included a boiler service. Had to wait until had policy about 9 months before could arrange this. When did try to arrange, they said sorry but no appointments before your policy runs out. So I paid for boiler service, but didn't get due to their system. Complained, no response. Told them on phone I want my money back they have taken today plus compensation for time wasted etc, said I won't get anything for inconvenience etc so on phone to bank & financial ombudsmen first thing
