Complaint against 247 Home Rescue
I called them up at the beginning of the week to report that I had no hot water from my boiler and because I had called from work they would not assist me as I had to be in the house in front of my boiler in which I found this strange as I have never had this with any other company in the past, because I felt that that customer service was stale I did not want to speak to them again and decided to go online to report the fault, I then received a phone call stating that the fault with my boiler had been rejected and the insurance that I have paid would not pay for the repairs as I failed to report it within the 24 hour time scale, I was not aware of a 24 hr time scale nor has anyone I have spoken to, and had she took my details in the first place I would not have to report them for their poor if non exciting service, I cancelled my direct debit straight away.
