[RESPONDED] Worst experience ever

Complaint against 247 Home Rescue

You are the worst company that I've ever had to deal with. 40 minutes waiting to speak with someone. Customer adviser had no knowledge of packages or anything whatsoever, passed to claims who were even worse. Now when I took out package to cover my 'central heating system' then I naturally thought that included boiler, radiators and pipes which run from one another completing a 'system'. To now be told the pipes is a plumbing problem is disgusting and I as well as others have actually been mis-sold these packages. Manager callbacks-not once have I been called back, and when I've asked to speak with one there has never been one to speak with. Disgusting service and I suggest anyone wanting cover stays well clear of 247 home rescue.
