Death Knell for Dell: I have had five Dell laptops, but this will be my last.

Complaint against Dell

My Dell laptop has stopped working and as I paid nearly £100 for an extended Dell warranty when I purchased the laptop I assumed it would be fixed without any issues. However, after spending almost an hour on the phone to a call center where I could barely hear the person on the other end of the phone and being passed between different departments four times, each time having to start the whole procedure again, I was told that the problem is not covered by my extended warranty as they had decided from a call center thousand of miles away; (Mystic Meg has a rival)that the problem was with the battery and so not covered by my extended warranty.
