Must I bin my £150 bin?

Complaint against Brabantia

My 60L Brabantia touch bin, for which I paid nearly £150, no longer closes and I've only had it since August 2014. Please help. I properly loved this bin and talked my husband into "investing" in Brabantia because I thought they would be good quality...
