Complaint against Companion Care

Having recently purchased an eight week old puppy, which had its first vaccination, I duly contacted the breeders practise to request about transfering the outstanding vaccination course to my local branch, which was agreed. After registering and providing all details I was booked in for the 10th August at 09:40. I was eventually called in at 10:10 to see the vet. After handing over the vaccination book she read it and stated that they didn't have the vaccine required! Rather lost for words I questioned why they didn't have the required vaccine in stock, particularly as the appointed had been made over a week ago. An apology was offered, which was of no real interest, as there's nothing more annoying than a patronising false member of staff. Needless to say that I won't ever be returning to a Companion Care practice, despite the breeder paying for the full puppy course. I'd rather pay for it again and use a professional vet. Exceptionally disappointed and angry at such an incompetent set up. Avoid at all.coSt.
