Complaint against Royal Mail

I sent a Letter (Registered Post ) 2nd Class mail to "Atlas Editions" 10/12/2015 - PO Box 1760 , Southampton, SO 18 9 JW. Royal Mail states Delivery shoud be made in 3-4 working days,and it's now been ( 9 ) Days since posting !

Glad to hear my Complaint is receiving attention, and is making some progress ! Trace message appears on screen saying, "it's on its way ", - I'm wondering by which route ?? I attempted to send email to Royal Mail using email address given to me, and received a "Fail Notice"saying , no trace of that address - no trace in Domino Directory system ! What is the next move ?

Thankyou for your email re my complaint with "Royal Mail" email address - email address I received from a member of your team originally ( clearly used letters C--- S--- C--- with Caps) . Not surprising I was sent a" Fail Notice" !

I have checked my emails looking for a Royal Mail response to my complaint over the Holiday period, and the same message repeatedly appears on screen saying,"its on its wayy" !! Registered Letter BZ 841149096GB was posted 10th December, 2015 - (19) days ago, so where exactly is my package at this moment in time ??? Please explain with Full Details . So much for your Royal Mail Postal Service ! ?

Good morning Charles, I'm sorry that we haven't been able to provide delivery information yet for this item. On checking the postcode I see that it is a PO Box. This shouldn't make any difference but can sometimes result in delay to updating the record. Have you had any separate contact with the addressee at all?
