[LAPSED] lost parcel INCOMPETENCE

Complaint against Royal Mail

Parcel sent first class to Haverhill Suffolk From Worksop post office is missing. Worksop P.O say they cannot search. Pond St. P.O Sheffield are impossible to contact. Haverhill referred me to parcel deliveries who say they can do nothing. I have lost the receipt and therefore have no reference number. Is it to much trouble to do a search.
