i was charged for prime that i didnt make i have already contacted them last week and today .

it was thursday last week i went to the bank to pay some bills and withdraw the rest of my money to get shopping in for my daughter and i found there was no money in the bank and i was 58 pound overdrawn so wen i got back i contacted amazon uk and they were really helpful they told me that the charge wasnt made by them it was amazon.com so he gave me a link to put me straight through to a customer adviser i explained the situation and the lady was fantastic she sorted it straight owt for me cancelled the subscription and put me down for refund which she said would take 2-3 working days.so today i have contacted them again because i have not recived my refund and there sayin i have to wait another 48 hours for another department to contact me im so upset because the only income i have coming in is my benefits and i couldnt aford to pay my bills and get any food for my nearly 1 and a half year old i had to borrow money which means a now ow money owt and i dont mind but i shouldnt have had to do it if you could help it would be much appreciated thankyou
