Complaint against Amazon

I have order a product from on 29.11.2015 with an express delivery option. I was informed that I will receive this product on 01.12.2015. Even though the tracker that the website offers showed that the carrier received it on 30.11.2015 still it hasn't arrived. Since most carrier services finish distribution at 5 pm I waited until that time to contact with Amazon customer service. I chatted with a very polite person and the information he gave it was that maybe you need to wait 24 hours more. I can imagine that not all customer agents have access to all information, I emailed the customer service team in order to get a more accurate estimation and an answer on what happened, because the reason I chose the express delivery was to receive it on 01.12.2015. The email I received only said that now, I might need to wait 2 days more. No explanation on why this happened or an estimate I can rely upon. As you can understand, I am a working person and I don't have all the time in the world to collect a package. In addition to that, the policy for the Amazon collection lockers states that if I don't collect the item within 3 days it will be returned back, and the reason I chose express delivery was because I won't be able to collect it. So I still haven't received any specific information about my package, every time I contact Amazon there is an extra day added to my waiting time and I have already paid for this product. A big company like Amazon has the ability to at least track my package, tell me where it's located orif it wasn't dispatched at all by mistake and give me a specific eta, IF they decide they need to look into it. It seems they don't.
