Complaint against Argos
i ordered & got a 48" smart t/v on 22/09/15; tried to do a first time tune,in with the help a technician the t/v was found to be faulty i tried so hard to get someone to send out an engineer but i got nothing but hassle & lied to on a couple of occasions ; so rather than do the sensible thing they sent another new t/v this is 23/09/15 i went thru the same checks ;; t/v again faulty ;;, 24/09/15 ,tried to get help again ,, blank wall now i have two 48" not so smart t/vs stuck in my home storing themfor argos ; whom i have totally cancelled my purchases with also a 3yr expensive warrenty ; please anyone out there don,t go thru the same ordeal give argos a bodyswerve "disgruntled"
