Complaint against Argos

I went to the Gloucester store today to pick up a reserved item. I paid and waited a very long time . No structure there today.lots of numbers were called out,my number being one of them went up to collect to find it still was not there yet waited and waited. Then a young lady came over with a battered box to my horror said do you want it . No I said its for a present and that is not fit for a present in that condition. Served by Tonia not helpful at all . I was very upset as I had come to the store in my break from work and had to wait more than 30 mins for this experience. There was know Management structure there today everyone seemed to be running around getting things wrong. Hope my experience will be better on Monday when I go back to try to collect an ordered replacement item as I had to have a refund.
