Complaint against Pontins

That was our email from them after we didn't unload the car and drove back to Brighton with 2 very upsets kids and that was going to be our only holiday of the year. Good afternoon Ash Trilochun, Thank you for your recent correspondence. We are very sorry that you remain unhappy with our reply. We hope to resolve any issues and ensure that your feelings towards our Pontins Camber Sands are restored and to ensure that your next break with us will be pleasant, comfortable and full of fun. However, after further consideration, we would like to increase our offer of a discount on your next stay to 50% on your next holiday with us. We hope that this is a satisfactory offer for yourself and that we will be able to successfully accommodate you and your party here at Pontins Camber Sands in the near future. With the best will in the world, on occasions, things do go wrong for which we are very sorry however, we strongly believe that in general, we are successful in providing enjoyable, extremely good value for money holidays as we have done for many years. We also believe that if you would be willing to give the park another chance, assisted by a 50% discount on your stay, that combined with outstanding entertainment, top class cabarets and a fun packed activity programme, we will be able to change your opinion of the holidays and facilities that we provide. I do recognise your requests for a refund however, regrettably I can only reiterate our previous response that this has been declined and unfortunately, this is not something that we can provide.
