Complaint against Easirent
Ordered three weeks (+) car rental on line. Knowing age problem with some UK rentals - followed up with four (4) phone calls to head office confirming my age (81) and wife's age (78) NO PROBLEM. Paid over 450 pounds in advance. Arrived at Gatwick & told we were too old but they would refund our money. Great start to UK visit. NEVER AGAIN with Easirent. Talked with Matt Carter at head office and were told they would pay the difference (L70.00) to use Avis. NO JOY THERE. Advice all to stay clear of Easirent.
