Coffee machine not working since 15/12/2014

Complaint against De\u0027Longhi

My £1200 Primadonna coffee machine bought in March 2014 has had to be sent off for repairs 3 times since October 2014. The second time (15/12/2014) they sent it back with the comment "no fault found". Machine was still not working; sent off again on 8/1/2015 and I am still waiting. Both John Lewis and I have contacted De'Longhi several times including on 21/01/2015 when De'Longhi told John Lewis that the machine had been repaired and dispatched. I called De'Longhi on 05/02/2015 and after a bit of a wait they found the machine on the work bench "being worked on". A manager was supposed to call me and explain at 11am on 9/2 - I am still waiting.
