Complaint against LEGOLAND

Hello I am writing to complain about our visit to LEGOLAND yesterday afternoon. Myself, my partner and my daughter travelled over a 130 miles to attend the park and to see the firework display accept when we arrived we were told that the park was full unless you had a prebooked ticket. There was nothing on your website saying that Merlin pass holders had to book in order to attend whereas any other time we show up and there is no problem so to be denied access is unacceptable after we have paid for the pass. I am unhappy as altogether we travelled over 200 miles there and back for no reason not only costing us money but wasting our time Many thanks Joanne
