Complaint against Madame Tussauds London

Saturday 10th October at currently 2.00pm , myself and my boyfriend had just visited the London dungeons , after that we went on to visit Madame tussauds , when we arrived we was told to que at number 3 ... while queing we realised that not only have we paid for our ticket we joined the people walking off the street who haven't paid , the line was not moving after 45minutes , we paid £80 to attend both things during that day , and to stand there for that long without the que moving is an absolute joke!! and waste of a money , I would like to ask kindly who ever is in charge what they intend to do about this as we lost half our money as we couldn't even get into the place, I look forward to hearing from you very soon..
