Hi , Yesterday 10/04/2017 me and my family went to Museum Madame Tussauds ... birthday present for my misses . First time in London we was very excited and in a rush. We buy tickets online, only for our kids because we have cupons we adults go for free ... unfortunately lady on gate scan tickets our kids but didn't accept cupons :( We don't come from rich family so we was very disappointed and confuse, because was a big quell and my misses start to cry and kids ... we had to go out from line to not block waiting people. All this stress and money to travel from Northampton and we didn't get in ; ( Please help us refunding money . We will like to back in there but we can afford . We will like use this money to plan another trip to Madame Tussauds and see this great atraction. Please help . Best Regards . Marek Badach
