Complaint against Coca-Cola London Eye
My family came to the London eye to have some family time and to enjoy the views of the London.! Fully understand that last Thursday was the holiday period but the event was not organised at all. First I didn't receive my tickets for two members of family even after phoning up to report it I still didn't receive them so I had to go to the fast track to collect them. When we finally had all our tickets we went to the fast track to queue. Myself and three other members have a premier passes. When we asked if we could use the fast track we were told yes but then another member said no you have to queue up. The staff didn't seem to know what they were doing. Even then the staff told me that you have to pay £5 for fast track. I had three oap's and three kids of the ages of 8,4 and 1. The queue was massive so we decided to go fast track. I was told to queue in a very long queue. I asked if that was the only queue and a man said yes. Within in 30 seconds another member of staff told me that there was a shorter queue. So I went to queue until I was served. When I went to a cashier she told me that 2 tickets is £5 and two tickets was £10. This is very disappointing that London eye is so disorganised. I wasn't the only person who felt disappointed with the service. I am due to renew this month and I feel with the service I received that I don't feel I should renew my Merlin passes. Which is a shame as we use to love the theme park and merlin sisters.
