Customer Service response to faulty equipment.

Complaint against BT

November 2014, purchased BT8500 Quad system. Worked well blocking unwanted calls. April 2015. One handset would not ring, so sent it back. Had to go through rigmarole of buying new one, then submitting invoice for refund. September 2015. Second handset broke down. Have e-mailed BT Shop (no reply in 11 days), so sent copy of e-mail by post. Still no reply in close on a fortnight. BT Shop appear to not answer emails, and now letters.

No resolution, but can't be bothered to take it further. Will not use BT Shop again,
