have a fault on outside phone line. unable to contact bt sensibly to report the fault
Complaint against BT
can only access bt via answer machine which says it will check the line for a line fault then promtley says the line is engaged ....end of call. I am actually using a mobile as my line is faulty. I try another number ..bingo... same result. Absolutely impossible situation as you cannot talk to a real live person. What a shambles "is this the worst company in the uk". Somebody should explain to the numbsculls that as an answer m/c does not have any intelligence (much like the people at bt who put this system in place) they a backstop of a line with people at the other end. A TOTALLYCRAP EXPERIENC FROM A VERY POOR COMPANY.
