Complaint against Huawei
I purchased the Huawei Y530 Mobile phone on 27/05/14 and have experienced a repetitive fault resulting in the phone forwarding a single text message to recipients 3 times. I have returned the phone to Huawei repair centre on 3 occasions to date and telephoned them on 4 further occasions,all to no avail. I purchased this mobile because I had such a good experience with my previous Huawei Ascend Y300 Mobile. I have now had enough, and have thrown the phone away. I will never purchase a Huawei brand item ever again,and I have reported this issue to hopefully stop other people making the same mistake. A final statement to any potential customers.BUY ELSEWHERE.
