Lack of response from Ofgem

Complaint against Ofgem

I installed a new central heating system and followed the installers instructions regarding contacting Ofgem who would refund the £9,500 All went well. Ofgem then laid down extra conditions regarding the refund. I paid an extra £6,000 to meet their requirements. I also paid for an epc inspection. Everything had been done according to their wishes. I sent an e-mail asking when I might receive a decision about my application, I have repeated my request for information on more than one occasion but I have had no response. Ofgem are supposed to be helpful but I find their silence extremely ocstructive.
