Complaint against Living Social
I bought a few vouchers at Living Social (LS). LS suspected fraud and cancelled the vouchers which I only found out when I saw refunds on my credit card statement. I called LS who promised to get back within 72h and solve the problem-nothing happened. I called again and said that I did not want the vouchers any more. Which was ok because LS could not even find my account. Then I received an email asking for a call back. In the call I was informed that my vouchers are ready to use. LS charged me for them. I called back to let LS know that I do not want the vouchers. LS apologised for having charged me by mistake....
