[RESPONDED] No Refund

Complaint against Kube Studios

I was duped into paying a £50 deposit for a photo shoot for my son. I found out that the company was not a model agency (when i was told it was) so i cancelled the appointment and was told i would receive a full refund for the deposit. That was over a month ago. No replies to emails. I will now be contacting Trading Standards if i do not get the refund i was promised.

Hi Maria Brown You were refunded on the 13th June after cancelling via email on the 10th June. That is only 3 days. It would take around a further 3 days to appear on your card. This to our mind is extremely fast given the law allows 30 days. We are not an agency and NEVER say we are. In fact we make it extremely clear that we are not. You registered on Startupmodels.co.uk which advertises "Model Experience Days" - no where does it or Kube Studios say we are an agency or find people jobs.

I am getting rather annoyed now as I still have not received my refund as promised!! I will now be contacting trading standards.
