Complaint against Kube Studios

2 months ago I went to the kube studio for the photoshoot. The day went really well, the staff were nice had a great time.... I'm supposed to be on a monthly payment but there have been so many problems that I'm really starting to regret going there. Promblem number 1, I payed £100 deposit with one of your staff on the phone to make the payment, they said everything fine and that was it. Then recently I'v been seeing that money hasn't been coming out of my bank for the monthly pay. I rang up and asked why money hasn't been taken out but they said there was a error with the payment?!!(don't understand why they didn't ring me before about it) but 100% the £100 was paid for. So I can't start my monthly payments without that deposit. I really want to cancel my package.

Hi Ashley, We are glad that you had a great experience at the studio. If the money has not been coming out of your bank on the monthly payment plan it will be because wither your account details are incorrect or because the payments have bounced due to insufficient funds. please email [email protected]
