I want my refund

Complaint against Kube Studios

I went to Kube with my daughter and i still haven't had the refund of my deposit. I was told it would be done on the day then when i got there they said it was 14 days cause thats what it said in the terms and conditions but its been over 14 days now too. I went end of october so i should have had it back by now.
