direct debit not set up five months on
Complaint against The Co-operative Energy
I moved house on 01st August and set up a new account with the Co operative. I gave all of my bank details to set up a direct debit within a few days of moving in. I heard nothing until October when I phoned back, since then I have spoken to four different people including Rob Stewart (a manager) and nothing has been done. This morning I have been told that the tariff I am on cannot be paid by direct debit. I am going round and round in circles.
