Complaint against The Co-operative Energy
We have had an endless sequence of excuses, failures, mistakes and downright incompetence since lmigrating to Coop Energy earlier this year. From the first instance of not being switched over when we were supposed to, to failing to read meters and log details, to getting our bank account details wrong, to failing to debit our bank account when promised, to now failing to debit our account at all, the whole experience has been frankly deplorable . I don't know how they can be expected to provide the service they promise and god knows how they will sort it all out. Calling them is futile unless you have a couple of days to wait hanging on, and each time someone does ring back we go back to the beginning and the same old incompetence. We owe them quite a bit of money now- even I know that, why don't they? From setting out at the beginning to hoping to save money by migrating( as urged to by numerous watchdog), the feeling is that we shall end up paying through the nose for others peoples incompetence.
