Complaint against Groupon

I ordered a Windsor Rise & Recline chair on November 3 from Groupon and it stated a 7 day delivery, the cost of £239.00 was taken from my account. I had not received my chair by 12 November so telephoned and was told chair should be delivered by the following Monday 16th, still no chair so I made another telephone call to be told they would chase my order up and email me with a solution. Friday 20 still no chair or email so again I had to telephone them, was told that all should be resolved by 24th........at 00.45 on 24th an email stated they were looking into my delivery............at 00.25 on 26th November another email said exactly the same......not satisfied I again telephone Groupon to be told it should be resolved by 30th November. To say I annoyed is an understatement and would like your advice. Thank you
