Complaint against Groupon

I ordered a small item, which was not received and after 10 days I contacted Groupon, who said that they would look into it and get back to me. After another week they sent me a "holding" e.mail, to say they were still investigating. After I responded registering my dissatisfaction, they said another item would be sent on 1st Sept. Item still not received. Extremely poor customer service!
