Complaint against Match.com
I joined match.com 6 months ago and paid £60 on credit card, I only used the app option after joining and it stated on the app that my contract ran out on 12th October, no where on the app does it state that this is a automatic renewal it just stated that the contract end date was the 12th so after I received my credit card bill I noted they had taken another £60! I contacted match.com customer service this was 3 days following receiving my credit card statement, and 3 days into the new contract they continued for me without knowing, they informed me they could not refund the money and there was nothing they could do,
