I had unsubscribed from this service 3 days after signing up as I knew I would forget the anniversary however I have been debited again!?? I have again cancelled the subscription but have not received an email to confirm this. I am really upset that despite my best efforts I have been charged again! I have not used this service for months and can ill afford this charge 3 weeks before Christmas! I have for the past hour tried to raise a complaint direct but the link is not working!! Typical!! I want a full refund as I had cancelled within the pereameters they set!
