Very poor customer service

Complaint against BMW

My car has been with BMW since Friday 15th may every day I have had to call sometimes 3 times a day just to get an update. I appreciate the workshop have found more faults with the car but not finding this out until 3:30 pm on the day I was supposed to get my car back is not good enough I have missed 3 days of work now and my son has missed 3 days of nursery again yesterday I was told I would receive a call first thing this morning with a full report so far the time is 10am and no phone call I fear today will be another day of me calling and chasing for information
