I had a very terrible experience with dpd express. One team member responded me via email that your parcels are on way back to you. however, after not hearing for 8 weeks, I contacted again. This time the export team told me that your parcel has been confiscated by customs and we are sorry. I have all the correspondence from the company which I can provide as an evidence. My parcels cost 1200 pounds and I paid 240 pounds for delivery charges along with that I also bought extended liability. It was company/staff fault that my requests were not processed and now they are not giving me any compensation. Please help.
