Complaint against Garden Buildings Direct

I'm still waiting for delivery. Only some parts arrived and I've been in contact numerous times now. Customer service is terrible. It's clearly outsourced and they keep lying about when I will receive what I paid for. Some processes must work as they are very quick to take money. The latest I have heard is that they will ring me back tomorrow and send a complete replacement but given the experience so far I sincerely doubt that will happen.

As expected no phone call as promised so I have requested a refund. Apparently I have to wait 24 - 48 hours for somebody t. contact me to process the refund. Surprise surprise no phone call yet.

Just got off the phone to them. Again their position has changed so since promising a refund they are now saying they can only provide a refund once somebody from their company collects the random parts they have delivered. I doubt this will even happen. I have not signed for anything yet they have taken 500 pounds from my account and not delivered the items agreed. They have said somebody will ring me tomorrow but they aren't aware it's a bank holiday as they operate from Singapore.

So I asked for a refund and they informed me that I would have to wait 48 hours until somebody could contact me about it. Alas 48 hours later still no call. Absolute disgraceful service, firstly they take your money, then they don't deliver what you paid for then they ignore and mess you around so you don't get your money back. It's clearly a scam. I have seen that some people are taking legal action against this company so want to know my rights prior to taking actions.
